Application
Forms Available For On-line
Submission
Internet Explorer
Required
Most forms used by the
District may be filled out and
submitted on-line using the
links below. However;
applications will not be fully
processed until the appropriate
application fee has been
received. Submitting the forms
on-line can increase the speed
and accuracy of the process by
eliminating the need to
interpret handwritten entries
and smudged faxes. Each form you
submit on-line will generate an
"Application Received"
acknowledgement that will be
sent to the email address you
provide on the form.
Registering a Well
New
Registration - All wells have to be registered
prior to drilling. NOTE: A well serving only a
Single Family Home does not have to be permitted, but it does
have to be registered. If the well is for anything other than a single family home, you will also need to submit a New Well application from the section below.

Renewing a Current Permit
